tools to keep ur fingers in the feed ✨

The Social Media Menace Toolkit is a set of free, no-sign-up tools for people who make and manage social media: download a post's video, pull frames from it, caption it, turn it into a GIF, cut out a background, find out exactly when something was posted, or put together a report for a client.

Each tool does one job and works on a phone as well as a computer. Most of them run entirely in your browser, so your files never leave your device. The ones that need more power (video conversion, transcription, background removal) process your file on our server and delete it shortly after. The privacy page has the details.

Who makes it

The toolkit is made by Ryan J DiLazio, a social media strategist and creative director in Los Angeles who works as Social Media Menace. These are the tools he wanted for his own day-to-day work, made available to everyone.
